These Terms of Service apply to your use of systemprompt.io and your purchase or use of The Definitive Prompt Optimizer.
Product
The Definitive Prompt Optimizer is a digital system prompt product for improving prompts and workflows with AI tools. Results depend on the AI model, your inputs, and how you use the product.
Purchases
Purchases are completed through Gumroad. Gumroad may provide checkout, payment processing, delivery, taxes where applicable, receipts, and customer account tools. Any payment or refund workflow available at checkout is handled through Gumroad.
License
After purchase, you may use the product for your own personal or business workflows. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or package the product as a competing prompt product or template library.
Acceptable Use
You are responsible for how you use the product and any outputs generated with AI tools. Do not use it in ways that violate laws, platform rules, or the rights of others.
No Guarantees
The product is provided as a digital tool. We do not guarantee specific AI outputs, ranking results, business outcomes, model accuracy, or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms.
